We provide cargo security services, after customer request.
Cargo insurance and carriers liability
We always recommend cargo insurance from our customers from standard CMR insurance. The compensation for the total or partial loss of cargo amounts rises to the amount of damage but does not exceed SDR 8,33€ per kilo of actual weight. Approximately, Convention Relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par la Route (CMR) covers approximately 10€ per kilogram of actual weight. For a larger coverage than the above, a cargo invoice should be attached.
